Nina Belfiore

Senior Administrator


Nina joined our organization in 1975 as a part time receptionist responsible for answering the telephones, processing Agreements of Purchase and Sale and preparation of MLS listings. Within one year, she became the full time receptionist during which time she improved and fine tuned her skills and eventually was promoted to Administrator, accountable for training receptionists, establishing administrative procedures, document preparation and corporate accounting. Nina’s dedication and commitment has assisted HomeLife/ROMANO's growth from 2 Sales Representatives to now in excess of 65 Registrants including a secretary and a staff of 4 part time and full time receptionists.

Nick is primarily responsible to assist the General Manager with the nuances and activities relating to recruiting and indoctrination of newly licensed salespersons, as well as, with the transfer and transition of experienced salespersons. Nick also provides education and guidance relating to Social Media concepts, along with FINTRAC policy enforcement issues.

Breeann Morgan-Hunt

Reception Personnel


Breeann joined our team in April of 2017.
As a member of our reception personnel, she is accountable for the accurate and timely processing of industry related documentation and liaison between clients, customers and our team of professional sales representatives.
